AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS We are PlaylistFeed.com, doing business as PlaylistFeed (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We operate the website https://playlistfeed.com (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”). PlaylistFeed is a submission and discovery platform designed to address the lack of transparency, accountability, and meaningful feedback in the independent music promotion space. Curators may accept or reject submissions at their discretion. We do not sell guaranteed placements. Curators participate in the Services as independent users and are solely responsible for their editorial decisions. PlaylistFeed prohibits curators from requesting or accepting payment or any other consideration in exchange for adding or promising to add a track to a playlist. All playlist submissions are for consideration only, and placement is not guaranteed. PlaylistFeed is not affiliated with Spotify, Apple Music, or any streaming platform. All playlist links are publicly available, and all rights remain with their respective curators.
You can contact us by email at support@playlistfeed.com. These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and PlaylistFeed.com, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Legal Terms. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, or alters the price, duration, or essential terms of a subscription, we will provide notice by email or through the Services at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel your subscription without cost, penalty, or cancellation indemnity before that date through your account settings or by contacting support@playlistfeed.com. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services. We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

1. OUR SERVICES AND USE RESTRICTIONS PlaylistFeed was built to address persistent problems in the independent music promotion ecosystem, including low quality curator feedback, lack of accountability for paid reviews, opaque rejection practices, and the proliferation of fraudulent or artificially inflated playlists. The platform achieves this through automated quality assessment of curator responses, variable compensation tied to the substance and specificity of feedback, and bot detection and playlist verification measures. PlaylistFeed does not guarantee playlist placement, audience growth, algorithmic improvement, or any specific promotional outcome. The platform provides infrastructure for submitting music to independent curators and receiving decisions (accept or decline). The Pro subscription provides high-volume Pro Submissions, subject to the fair use provisions described in these Legal Terms. Submissions remain open for thirty (30) calendar days from the time the order was placed, after which they are automatically closed. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to prioritize, delay, modify, or limit delivery methods, notification propagation, and visibility of submissions based on system capacity, activity patterns, quality safeguards, automation detection, and platform integrity, as further described in Section 9. Results depend on factors outside our control, including music quality, genre fit, curator discretion, and third party platform algorithms. The Services are provided for general use and are not intended for distribution or use by any individual or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would violate local law or regulations or subject us to registration or compliance obligations in that jurisdiction. Any person who accesses the Services from such locations does so at their own initiative and is solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), or any similar laws governing sensitive or regulated data. If your use of the Services would be subject to such regulations, you are not permitted to use the Services. You agree not to use the Services in any manner that would subject us to regulatory obligations under these or comparable laws.
Non-Resale/Non-Distribution
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for music promotion or curatorial activities, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of artists, labels, or other clients you represent in a professional capacity. You remain solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, for the accuracy of any material you submit on behalf of a third party, and for ensuring that you hold all necessary authorizations from any artist or rights holder whose music you submit. You are strictly prohibited from scraping, copying, or redistributing curator profile information, submission data, or any platform content to build competing directories, databases, or services.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS We, PlaylistFeed.com (“PlaylistFeed”), own or are the authorized licensee of all intellectual property rights related to the Services. This includes all underlying code, databases, software, design elements, visual content, audio, video, text, images, and other materials made available through the platform (collectively, the “Platform Content”), as well as any associated trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”). These rights are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in Canada, the United States, and internationally. The Platform Content and Marks are provided “as is” for your personal, non-commercial use or, where applicable, for internal business purposes. Your use of the Services does not transfer any ownership rights to you. We do not host or stream music, and we do not claim ownership over third-party playlists, tracks, or curator profiles displayed on the platform. All such content remains the intellectual property of its respective rights holders. PlaylistFeed displays playlist links and curator information provided by or associated with curators who voluntarily participate in the PlaylistFeed curator network, solely for the purposes of music discovery, artist submissions, and professional networking. Curator information displayed on the platform is submitted directly by the curator and is not collected from playlist descriptions or any external source. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party streaming platform such as Spotify or Apple Music. Your access to the Services is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and interact with the platform as intended. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform Content or Marks without our prior written consent. This includes commercial exploitation, republication, or redistribution of any content outside the scope of fair use or express permission. If we grant permission to use any portion of the Services, Content, or Marks, you must retain attribution and ensure all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Any unauthorized use will constitute a material breach and may result in the suspension or termination of your access. PlaylistFeed displays playlists via official embed features provided by third-party streaming services such as Spotify. These embeds are sourced from publicly available links and remain the property of their respective curators and platforms. We do not claim ownership or affiliation. All trademarks, logos, and content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. If you believe your playlist is displayed in violation of your rights, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
- THIRD-PARTY PLAYLIST INTERACTIONS Users may use tools on the platform to initiate contact with playlist curators or owners. We make no guarantees about the outcome of any submission, including responses, playlist placement, or ongoing communication. We do not utilize bots, automated systems, or any artificial means to generate streams, nor do we engage in any activity intended to manipulate streaming data or metrics. PlaylistFeed maintains internal systems to detect and flag playlists with artificially inflated follower counts, bot generated engagement, or other indicators of fraudulent activity. Curators whose playlists are identified as fraudulent or artificially inflated may be removed from the platform without notice. PlaylistFeed makes no representation or warranty that any playlist displayed on the platform is free of artificial engagement, that its checks will detect all fraudulent activity, or that any listing has been independently audited. Verification refers only to the automated and internal checks PlaylistFeed applies at the time a listing is added or subsequently reviewed. PlaylistFeed removes listings identified as fraudulent on a commercially reasonable efforts basis and assumes no liability for listings that are not detected. We are not involved in and do not mediate, endorse, or take responsibility for any transactions, disputes, or correspondence that occur between users and curators. We strongly advise users to exercise discretion, maintain professional conduct, and report any suspicious or fraudulent behavior. This includes, without limitation, any request by a curator for payment or other consideration in exchange for playlist placement, which is prohibited under these Legal Terms. PlaylistFeed disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from user-curator interactions conducted through or initiated via the platform. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to add, feature, deprioritize, remove, or otherwise modify the display of any playlist in the discovery feed or anywhere on the platform at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
- USER SUBMISSIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks, and any violation of these Intellectual Property Rights constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate termination of your right to use the Services. By submitting feedback, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other non creative materials to us directly through support channels, contact forms, or other direct communication methods (“Submissions”), you agree to assign to PlaylistFeed all intellectual property rights in such Submissions without compensation or attribution, and we may use them freely for any lawful purpose. This assignment does not apply to music, lyrics, sound recordings, artwork, or other creative works submitted through the platform’s review and submission system, which remain the sole intellectual property of the submitting artist at all times. If you post or publish any content to the platform—including but not limited to text, images, reviews, audio, video, or other materials (“Contributions”)—you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your Contributions for any commercial, advertising, or operational purpose in any media format. This includes the right to use your name, likeness, brand, or associated marks in connection with such use. Submissions and Contributions may be visible to others and may be indexed by third-party platforms or search engines. You confirm that you own or have secured all necessary rights to any Submissions or Contributions, and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws. You further agree not to post illegal, defamatory, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content as outlined in our Prohibited Activities section. You waive any moral rights to such content to the extent permitted by law. You remain solely responsible for your Submissions and Contributions and agree to indemnify PlaylistFeed against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use or publication. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit, remove, or disable any user content at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of violation. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes upon your copyright or other rights, please refer to the Copyright Infringements section of these Terms for information on how to file a complaint. CONTENT LICENSE TERMS FOR PAID ORDERS. Notwithstanding the general provisions of this Section 4, all Curator Content created in connection with paid review orders is governed specifically by the Content License Terms described in Section 6C below. Where the provisions of Section 6C conflict with the general submission and contribution terms in this Section 4, Section 6C shall take precedence with respect to Curator Content produced in fulfillment of paid orders.
- USER REPRESENTATIONS By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof). AGE VERIFICATION. By creating an account or using the Services, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and may employ third-party age verification services to confirm eligibility. If we determine or reasonably suspect that a user is under the age of eighteen (18), we may immediately suspend or terminate the account without notice, delete all associated data, and forfeit any pending orders or account access. You acknowledge that providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Legal Terms and may result in permanent exclusion from the Services. Parents or legal guardians who become aware that a minor has registered for or is using the Services without consent should contact us immediately at support@playlistfeed.com, and we will take prompt steps to remove the account and associated data.
- PURCHASES AND PAYMENT PlaylistFeed operates as a marketplace platform connecting artists with independent playlist curators. All payments made through the Services are processed securely via Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) and are subject to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods supported by Stripe, including Link. PlaylistFeed offers subscription plans for artists. The Pro subscription provides high-volume Pro Submissions, subject to the fair use provisions described in Section 9 of these Legal Terms. For the purposes of these Terms, a “Submission” means the act of sending a track to a curator for consideration, and a “Response” means a curator’s accept or decline decision submitted through the platform. A “Pro Submission” means a Submission designated by the sending user as a Pro Submission and delivered through PlaylistFeed’s Pro Submission infrastructure. The specific characteristics, delivery methods, and visibility of Submissions are determined by PlaylistFeed and are subject to the fair use provisions described in Section 9. Free accounts may browse playlists made available through the platform, as described in Section 6B. High-volume submission capacity requires an active paid subscription and is subject to the fair use provisions described in Section 9. PlaylistFeed may modify subscription pricing, submission allocations, fair use parameters, or feature availability from time to time, with reasonable notice provided to affected subscribers prior to their next billing cycle. By subscribing, the artist authorizes PlaylistFeed to charge their selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle for the full subscription amount. The subscription does not involve the purchase of credits, tokens, or any stored value currency. Access to and use of the Services is provided on a tiered basis. Free access, available to all registered users without payment, includes the ability to browse the verified curator directory, view playlist information and health verification data, view curator profiles, and review pricing and feature details prior to subscription. An active Pro subscription is required for high-volume Pro Submissions and full account dashboard functionality. Free curators may receive and respond to submissions, including by sharing their curator profile link to attract submissions, subject to the payout conditions described in Section 6A. Free access does not entitle users to high-volume Pro Submissions or other Pro-only functionality except as expressly provided in these Legal Terms. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to modify the scope, features, or availability of free access at any time at its sole discretion. The Pro subscription provides access to all platform functionality applicable to artist activity, curator activity, or both, under a single user account. Payment constitutes payment for access to the platform’s submission infrastructure, including high-volume Pro Submission capacity subject to fair use. High-volume usage refers to the absence of a fixed numeric cap on total Pro Submissions during a billing cycle, and does not guarantee that curators will respond to any individual submission, nor does it guarantee uniform delivery priority, notification methods, or external email propagation across all submissions. Payment does not guarantee playlist placement, a favorable response, a response of any particular length or substance, or any specific promotional outcome. The number of curator responses received during a billing cycle may be less than the number of submissions sent, depending on curator activity and response behavior. Pro subscription submission usage is governed by the fair use provisions set forth in Section 9. All subscription payments are non-refundable, except in cases of verified fraud, duplicate charges, technical errors, the New Member Money-Back Guarantee described in Section 8A, or other exceptional circumstances, as determined by PlaylistFeed at its sole discretion. 6A. CURATOR PAYOUTS Curators who offer paid review services through PlaylistFeed receive their earnings through Stripe Connect. By registering as a curator on the platform and completing Stripe’s onboarding process, curators agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement in addition to these Terms. For the purposes of this Section 6, a “Response” means a curator’s accept or decline decision submitted through the platform. Curators may include an optional written message, which may affect the per review compensation rate as determined by PlaylistFeed’s quality assessment systems. A curator’s earnings for a given order accrue to the curator’s available payout balance upon submission of a valid Response within the thirty (30) calendar day response window, subject to the minimum payout threshold and the maintenance of a verified Stripe Connect account in good standing. Curator compensation is determined solely by PlaylistFeed. Compensation rates, eligibility requirements, payout calculations, incentives, and other compensation-related policies are determined by PlaylistFeed and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at PlaylistFeed’s sole discretion. PlaylistFeed determines curator eligibility, review availability, compensation, incentives, payout eligibility, and participation requirements according to its internal platform policies. Such policies may vary by account type and may be modified at any time without prior notice. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to modify the curator compensation structure, including the differential between free and Pro curator rates, at any time at its sole discretion. PlaylistFeed may evaluate curator activity using automated systems, manual review, or a combination of both to maintain platform quality, detect abuse, determine payout eligibility, and improve the Services. PlaylistFeed retains sole discretion regarding compensation decisions, quality evaluations, and enforcement actions. PlaylistFeed determines curator compensation, payout eligibility, and applicable incentives at its sole discretion. Compensation rates, eligibility requirements, and payout policies may be modified at any time, subject to applicable law. Current payout information, where applicable, will be made available within the curator’s account dashboard. To receive compensation, the curator must deliver their response within thirty (30) calendar days of the order being placed. If the curator fails to respond within the thirty (30) calendar day window, the submission is automatically closed, no further response may be submitted, and the curator shall not be entitled to any compensation for that order. The compensation window is calculated from the time the order is placed, not from the time the curator first views the submission. Pro Submissions originate from accounts holding an active PlaylistFeed Pro subscription, subject to the fair use provisions described in Section 9. Curator payout rates apply consistently to all orders within the curator’s subscription tier as described in this Section 6A, with the tier differential between free and Pro curators applied as set forth herein. The curator’s earnings for each review are visible within their account dashboard. Compensation per review is determined by PlaylistFeed and may be adjusted at any time at PlaylistFeed’s sole discretion. PlaylistFeed retains the difference between the subscription revenue generated by artist plans and the amount paid to the curator as its service fee in order to operate, maintain, and improve the platform. MINIMUM PAYOUT THRESHOLD. Curator earnings are not eligible for withdrawal until the curator’s available payout balance reaches a minimum of twenty five dollars ($25.00 USD). Earnings below the minimum threshold will remain in the curator’s available payout balance within the platform and will accumulate on a per order basis until the threshold is reached. Once the curator’s available balance meets or exceeds the minimum threshold, the curator may initiate a withdrawal by activating the payout function within their account dashboard. Payouts are not issued automatically. The curator must affirmatively request each withdrawal through the platform interface. Upon initiation of a withdrawal request, PlaylistFeed will process the transfer of funds to the curator’s connected Stripe account, and the funds will be delivered in accordance with Stripe’s standard processing timeline. This minimum payout threshold is implemented to maintain platform integrity and to prevent fraudulent or automated account activity. PlaylistFeed may, at its sole discretion, apply promotional credits, welcome bonuses, or activation incentives to a curator’s available payout balance. Such credits shall count toward the Minimum Payout Threshold and are subject to any terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Promotional credits carry no cash value outside the platform, are non transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through fraudulent or manipulative means. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to modify the minimum payout threshold at any time at its sole discretion. The minimum payout threshold does not affect the calculation of curator earnings, which continue to accrue as described in this Section 6A. Curator balances that have not been withdrawn do not accrue interest and carry no cash value outside the platform until a withdrawal is successfully completed. PlaylistFeed is not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures in payout processing caused by Stripe, the curator’s banking institution, or any other third party. To receive payouts, curators must complete Stripe’s identity verification and onboarding process and must maintain an active connected Stripe account in good standing at all times. Curators who have not completed the onboarding process or whose Stripe accounts are restricted, suspended, or otherwise inactive will not receive payouts until such issues are resolved. PlaylistFeed bears no responsibility for holding, managing, or safeguarding funds on behalf of curators who have not connected a valid Stripe account. If a curator declines or rejects an artist’s submission after reviewing it, the order is still considered complete and the curator remains entitled to their full payout. Curators are compensated for their time spent reviewing the submission regardless of whether the submission is accepted or declined. Payout Eligibility. Curator payouts accrue to the curator’s available payout balance upon submission of a valid Response within the thirty (30) calendar day response window. Free curators earn at the base per review rate applicable to their tier. Pro curators earn at the elevated per review rate applicable to their tier, as described in this Section 6A. All payouts remain subject to the minimum payout threshold and the maintenance of a verified Stripe Connect account in good standing. Payouts are contingent on the submitting artist holding a valid account in good standing at the time the order was placed. If an order was generated by an account that was suspended, terminated, lapsed, or otherwise invalid at the time of submission, the curator shall have no entitlement to a payout for that order regardless of whether the curator reviewed and responded to the submission. PlaylistFeed is not liable for any curator time, effort, or expectation of payment arising from orders generated by invalid accounts. Curators acknowledge that the platform operates on an automated system and that orders may occasionally be generated or processed in error. In such cases, PlaylistFeed will void the affected orders and notify the curator, but bears no financial obligation for those orders. 6B. SUBMISSION USAGE AND CLOSURE. PlaylistFeed Pro subscribers may send high-volume Pro Submissions subject to the fair use provisions in Section 9. Free accounts may not send submissions through the Services. Paid subscriptions provide additional platform functionality and increased submission capacity. Submissions remain open for curator response for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the time the order was placed, after which the submission is automatically closed and no further response may be submitted by the curator. The one active order per curator limitation described in Section 7 applies to all Submissions. Submissions that close without a curator response do not entitle the submitting artist to any credit, refund, or adjustment. PlaylistFeed does not issue prorated refunds for billing cycles based on the number of submissions sent. Partial or full refunds may be issued in exceptional cases involving verified fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or duplicate charges resulting from technical errors. Requests for such exceptions may be submitted to support@playlistfeed.com and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 6C. CONTENT LICENSE TERMS FOR PAID ORDERS. PlaylistFeed offers paid submission reviews through its platform. Each review results in written content created by an independent curator (“Curator Content”) for a paying artist. By completing a paid review order, the artist and curator each acknowledge and agree to the applicable license terms described below. DEFINITIONS. “Review” means a curator’s Response to an artist submission delivered via the standard review workflow, consisting of an accept or decline decision and any accompanying optional written message. REVIEW LICENSE. Upon completion of a Review order, to the extent that the curator’s Response includes an optional written message, the curator grants the artist a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, royalty free license to view, read, and retain such written content within the PlaylistFeed platform for the artist’s personal and internal use, and to reference, summarize, or paraphrase the substance of the feedback in private communications with producers, engineers, managers, and collaborators for the purpose of improving the artist’s music. The Review license does not grant the artist the right to reproduce, publish, or distribute the full text of the Review in any public or commercial context, including but not limited to press kits, websites, promotional materials, advertisements, or third party publications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the artist may share excerpts of the Review not exceeding fifty (50) words on social media platforms, provided that (a) the excerpt is accompanied by attribution to PlaylistFeed and a clear and conspicuous disclosure that the curator received compensation from PlaylistFeed for submitting the Response, (b) the curator is not identified by name unless the curator has provided prior written consent, (c) the excerpt does not misrepresent the curator’s original feedback or intent, and (d) the artist may reference the name of the playlist without the curator’s prior consent, provided that such reference does not directly or indirectly identify the curator as an individual. The artist may not attribute the Review content to the curator by name in any public setting without the curator’s prior written consent. The artist may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from the Review content in a manner that misrepresents the curator’s original feedback or intent. The artist may not sell, sublicense, assign, or transfer the Review content to any third party. The curator retains full copyright and ownership of the Review content. The license granted to the artist does not constitute a transfer or assignment of intellectual property rights. The curator may reference, reuse, or repurpose their own feedback at their discretion, provided that doing so does not reveal confidential information about the artist’s unreleased music without the artist’s consent. PLATFORM LICENSE. By submitting Curator Content through the platform, the curator grants PlaylistFeed a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license to store, display, and transmit the Curator Content within the platform for the purpose of delivering the order to the artist, to process, analyze, and evaluate the Curator Content using automated systems including artificial intelligence and machine learning tools for the purposes of quality assessment, fraud detection, and platform improvement, to use anonymized or aggregated data derived from Curator Content for internal analytics, platform development, and research purposes provided that such use does not identify the curator or the artist without their consent, and to display excerpts of Reviews on the curator’s public profile page within the platform as a demonstration of the curator’s review history and quality. PlaylistFeed does not claim ownership of any Curator Content. All intellectual property rights in Reviews remain with the curator, subject to the licenses granted in this section.
- ORDER RULES AND LIMITATIONS Subscribers holding an active PlaylistFeed Pro subscription may send high-volume Pro Submissions subject to the fair use provisions described in Section 9. Free accounts may browse the curator directory, as described in Section 6B. An artist may have only one active order with any given curator at any time. For the purposes of this section, an “active order” is a submission that has been sent to a curator and has not yet resulted in a Response, automatic closure at the end of the thirty (30) calendar day window, or any other terminal status. While an order with a particular curator is active, that curator will not appear in the artist’s discovery feed or search results within the platform. Each order placed through the platform follows a defined lifecycle consisting of the following statuses: (a) In Progress, meaning the submission has been sent to the curator and is awaiting a Response within the thirty (30) calendar day window; (b) Accepted, meaning the curator has submitted an accept Response within the response window and the curator’s earnings have been released as described in Section 6A; (c) Declined, meaning the curator has submitted a decline Response within the response window and the curator’s earnings have been released as described in Section 6A; and (d) Closed, meaning thirty (30) calendar days have elapsed since the date of the submission and the curator has not responded. A Closed submission cannot receive any further Response from the curator and is treated as terminal for purposes of order tracking. Any attempt to circumvent the one active order per curator limitation, the PlaylistFeed Pro subscription requirement for high-volume submissions, or the fair use provisions described in Section 9, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using alternate email addresses, employing automation, or any method intended to evade platform integrity systems, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts without refund.
- SUBSCRIPTIONS PlaylistFeed offers one or more paid subscription plans, which provide access to platform functionality for both artist and curator activity under a single user account. The specific plans currently available, along with their pricing and included features, are displayed on the pricing page at https://playlistfeed.com/pricing, which constitutes the definitive and current reference for all subscription details. Pro subscribers receive high-volume Pro Submissions subject to the fair use provisions described in Section 9. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or multi-month basis through Stripe, depending on the plan selected at sign-up, and by subscribing, you authorize PlaylistFeed to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle for the full amount of the selected plan. Multi-month plans are charged in full at the start of the applicable term and renew at the end of that term unless cancelled. The New Member Money-Back Guarantee in Section 8A applies to a member’s first subscription payment regardless of the plan term selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, without cost or penalty, directly through your account settings within the platform, using the same medium by which you subscribed and without being required to speak with a representative. Cancellation requests may also be sent to support@playlistfeed.com and are processed on the date received. Cancellation stops any further renewal and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to Pro features including high-volume Pro Submissions until that cycle ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. All subscription payments are final, except as provided under the New Member Money-Back Guarantee in Section 8A. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. If a pricing change affects your active subscription, we will provide notice prior to your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the subscription after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. PlaylistFeed may from time to time offer promotional codes, discounts, or other incentives applicable to subscription plans. Such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated. CURATOR OBLIGATIONS Curators who offer paid review services through PlaylistFeed agree to the following obligations in addition to all other terms, conditions, representations, and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms. INDEPENDENT CURATORS AND PROHIBITED PAY-FOR-PLACEMENT. Curators who participate in the Services do so solely as independent users of the platform and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, joint venturers, or contractors of PlaylistFeed. Each curator is solely responsible for their editorial decisions, communications, playlist management, and interactions with artists. Curators may not request, solicit, accept, or attempt to obtain any payment, gift, gratuity, service, compensation, or other thing of value from an artist or any third party in exchange for adding, promising to add, prioritizing, maintaining, or otherwise influencing the placement of a track on a playlist. Any such conduct constitutes a material violation of these Legal Terms and may result, at PlaylistFeed’s sole discretion, in suspension or permanent termination of the curator’s account, forfeiture or reversal of pending payouts, removal of associated playlists from the platform, and any other corrective action deemed appropriate. Artists who receive such requests are encouraged to report the matter to PlaylistFeed by contacting support@playlistfeed.com, and PlaylistFeed reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate and take enforcement action. Curators are expected to respond to submissions within thirty (30) calendar days of the order being placed. Curators who respond within the thirty (30) calendar day window receive their per review compensation as determined by PlaylistFeed’s automated quality assessment systems. If the curator fails to respond within thirty (30) calendar days, the submission is automatically closed, no further response may be submitted by the curator, and the curator shall not be entitled to any compensation for that order. Curators are expected to provide a timely accept or decline decision when responding to paid submissions. Curators may include an optional written message, and those who provide substantive, constructive, and professional feedback in their messages may receive increased compensation as determined by PlaylistFeed. PlaylistFeed employs automated quality scoring systems, including artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, to evaluate the quality, substance, and professionalism of curator feedback. Quality scores directly affect the curator’s per review payout rate as determined by PlaylistFeed’s internal evaluation systems and the curator’s visibility and ranking in the artist discovery feed. In addition, a curator’s subscription tier affects the per review compensation rate as described in Section 6A, with Pro curators receiving a higher per review rate than free curators for the same review activity. VERIFIED PLAYLISTS. PlaylistFeed may, at its sole discretion, designate a playlist as verified where that playlist has satisfied the automated and internal checks described in Section 3, and may display a verified badge on the listing, on the associated curator profile, and in any other platform surface where the playlist appears. Verified status is conferred on the playlist and is independent of the account content associated with it. Verified status is not guaranteed, may be revoked at any time, and the criteria used to determine verified status are proprietary and confidential. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to modify the verified badge system, including the criteria for designation and the visual treatment of verified status, at any time without prior notice. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to employ additional automated systems to further evaluate curator performance. Curators who consistently provide responses that are deemed insufficient, generic, or otherwise lacking in substance may be subject to reduced visibility on the platform, formal warnings, temporary suspension of their ability to receive new orders, or permanent termination of their curator account, at PlaylistFeed’s sole discretion. Product pricing on the platform is determined by PlaylistFeed. Curators do not set their own prices for submission reviews. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to modify product pricing at any time in order to protect the integrity and competitiveness of the marketplace. PlaylistFeed may offer a direct message feature that allows artists to send a message to a curator. Availability and pricing of direct messages are determined by PlaylistFeed at its sole discretion and may vary by plan type. Direct messages do not guarantee a response. Curators are not obligated to reply to direct messages. Direct messages are subject to the Community Guidelines and Prohibited Activities sections of these Legal Terms. To receive payouts for completed orders, curators must complete the Stripe Connect onboarding process and maintain an active, verified connected Stripe account at all times. By connecting a Stripe account, curators agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms of service, privacy policy, and any other applicable Stripe agreements. PlaylistFeed does not store, access, or have visibility into curator banking information, payment card details, or other sensitive financial data. All payout processing, identity verification, and funds management for curator accounts is handled exclusively by Stripe. By creating a curator account, the curator grants PlaylistFeed a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to display, feature, rank, and promote the curator’s profile, playlist information, playlist embeds, username, profile image, contact information, email address, and associated content within the platform and in connection with the promotion of the Services. The curator acknowledges and agrees that such information may be made available to artists and other users of the Services for music submission, networking, and professional communication purposes. All curator contact information, including email addresses, is supplied directly by the curator through the account registration and profile setup process. PlaylistFeed does not extract, scrape, or otherwise derive curator contact information from playlist descriptions, third party platforms, or any source outside the curator’s own account submission. A curator’s participation in the network, and the display of their information within the platform, occurs only as a result of the curator’s voluntary registration and continued opt in. Curators are encouraged to share their PlaylistFeed profile link on third party platforms, social media, personal websites, and other external channels for the purpose of attracting submissions and growing their curator network, subject to compliance with these Legal Terms and the terms of any third party platform on which such sharing occurs. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to feature curator profiles in the discovery feed, promotional materials, and other platform surfaces at its sole discretion. Curators must accurately and honestly represent their playlists, audience reach, follower counts, engagement metrics, genre specializations, and any other information displayed on their curator profile. Misrepresentation of playlist statistics, follower counts, streaming numbers, genre classifications, or any other material information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent termination of the curator’s account, forfeiture of any pending payouts, and potential legal action. 8A. NEW MEMBER MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. New members who subscribe to a Pro plan for the first time may request a full refund of their first subscription payment within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial subscription date, regardless of the number of Pro Submissions sent during that period, except where PlaylistFeed reasonably determines that account activity is indicative of fraud, automation, or deliberate abuse of the guarantee. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to deny a refund request where such activity is detected. This guarantee applies only once per user and only to a member’s first Pro subscription. It does not apply to renewals, resubscriptions after cancellation, or any subsequent billing cycle. To request a refund under this guarantee, the member must contact support@playlistfeed.com within the fourteen (14) calendar day window. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear depending on Stripe’s standard processing timeline and the member’s banking institution. Upon issuance of a refund under this guarantee, the member’s Pro subscription and associated access shall terminate immediately, and any pending or open submissions may be closed without further obligation. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to deny a refund request under this guarantee where it reasonably determines that the request arises from fraud, abuse, or any attempt to circumvent the eligibility conditions described herein.
- MEMBERSHIP CAPACITY & FAIR USE Subscribers holding an active Pro subscription may submit high-volume Pro Submissions, subject to the fair use provisions described in this Section 9. For the purposes of these Legal Terms, “high-volume” refers to a submission allowance subject to the daily fair use limits described in this Section 9, while delivery priority, notification methods, external email propagation, in app visibility, and curator notification timing may vary based on system capacity, activity patterns, quality safeguards, automation detection, duplicate activity, spam likelihood, and platform integrity protections. All Pro Submissions are delivered within the PlaylistFeed platform regardless of external delivery status. Free accounts may browse playlists, as described in Section 6B. Fair use may include daily or rate-based limits on the number of Pro Submissions a user may send within a given period, as determined by PlaylistFeed at its sole discretion and subject to modification at any time without prior notice. Pro Submission usage is metered, and the amount of usage consumed by a given Submission may vary based on factors including the length and content of the submission, such that longer or more content-heavy Submissions may consume a greater portion of a user’s available daily usage than shorter ones. A user’s available daily usage may therefore be reached through a smaller number of long Submissions or a larger number of short Submissions. The specific parameters of these limits, including the applicable daily usage allowance and the method by which usage is calculated, are proprietary and confidential and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. Normal human usage patterns will not realistically encounter restrictions under these provisions. Curator compensation for all submissions is determined by the curator’s response quality as evaluated by PlaylistFeed’s automated quality assessment systems. Responses delivered within the thirty (30) calendar day response window are compensated at a variable rate as determined by PlaylistFeed’s internal evaluation systems per review based on the overall quality and substance of the curator’s response. Each submission sent is recorded for order tracking purposes at the time of sending. Submissions that close without a Response are not eligible for any compensation. PlaylistFeed uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to evaluate the overall quality and substance of each curator response. These evaluations directly determine the per review payout amount. PlaylistFeed may prioritize, delay, modify, or limit certain delivery methods, notifications including email, or visibility of submissions based on system capacity, activity patterns, quality safeguards, or platform integrity. All submissions will continue to be delivered within the platform, though notification methods and delivery priority may vary. The specific parameters of these systems are proprietary and confidential. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to modify its algorithms and platform mechanics at any time without prior notice.

To detect and prevent fraud, spam, or other suspicious activity, we reserve the right to monitor communications on the platform where permitted by law. COMMUNICATION MONITORING AND LEGAL BASIS. PlaylistFeed may monitor, review, record, and analyze communications conducted through the platform, including but not limited to messages between artists and curators, submission content, feedback responses, support requests, and any other content transmitted through the Services. Such monitoring is conducted for the purposes of detecting and preventing fraud, enforcing these Legal Terms, protecting the safety and security of users and the platform, ensuring compliance with applicable laws including anti-spam legislation, and improving the quality and integrity of the Services. Unauthorized use of the Services is strictly prohibited, including the collection of usernames or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or the creation of user accounts through automated methods or under false pretenses. You may not use the Services in connection with any effort to compete with us, nor may you resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Services to any third party outside the permitted professional use described in the Non-Resale/Non-Distribution provisions of these Legal Terms. Using the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods or services is not permitted. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your user profile.
- USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS The Services may allow you to participate in interactive features such as chats, blogs, message boards, forums, or other functions that enable you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, distribute, or otherwise make available content or materials including, but not limited to, text, images, video, audio, graphics, comments, suggestions, personal data, or other materials (collectively, “Contributions”). Contributions may be publicly visible to other users of the Services and through third-party websites and should be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting Contributions, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to submit such content and to authorize its use by us, the Services, and other users. You further represent that your Contributions do not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any third party; that you have secured all required permissions from any identifiable individual featured in the content; and that your Contributions are not false, deceptive, misleading, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable as determined by us. Your Contributions must not contain unauthorized commercial solicitations or violate any law related to the protection of minors, privacy, intellectual property, or civil rights. You may not use Contributions to target individuals or groups with abusive, discriminatory, or violent content. Any use of the Services that violates these conditions may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services, at our sole discretion. We do not claim ownership over your Contributions, and you retain full ownership of all intellectual property and proprietary rights associated with them. However, by posting Contributions on the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any statements, representations, or content contained in those Contributions. You bear sole responsibility for your Contributions and expressly release us from any and all claims or liability arising from them, including any legal action connected to their use, display, or publication. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit, redact, remove, or otherwise modify any Contributions, to re-categorize them for placement in more appropriate sections of the Services, or to delete them entirely without prior notice. Although we reserve these rights, we are under no obligation to monitor or actively review user Contributions. Professional Conduct/Anti-Spam You agree to use the provided contact information in accordance with professional industry standards and anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR). Users who engage in harassment, bulk-unsolicited-emailing (spamming), or abusive behavior toward curators will have their accounts terminated without refund.
- GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS The Services may offer users the ability to submit reviews or ratings. By posting a review, you agree that you have firsthand experience with the subject of the review and that your content will not contain profanity, abusive or hateful language, discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability, or references to any illegal activity. You agree not to post reviews if you are affiliated with a competitor and not to use reviews to make legal conclusions, post false or misleading statements, or coordinate campaigns to influence review outcomes. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, reject, or remove any reviews without notice and without obligation to screen or moderate them. Reviews do not represent our views or those of any partner or affiliate, and we disclaim all liability arising from any review content, including claims, losses, or damages. By submitting a review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, reproduce, modify, translate, or transmit the review content in any medium. Exploitation of System Errors or Vulnerabilities. You may not exploit, reproduce, or take advantage of any bug, glitch, error, vulnerability, or unintended behavior in the platform to obtain services, payouts, or any other benefit not legitimately purchased or earned. This includes, but is not limited to, manipulating account status or plan type to obtain unauthorized submission slots, triggering automated systems through fraudulent orders, and repeatedly exploiting a known error before it is resolved. If you discover a bug or vulnerability, you are expected to report it to support@playlistfeed.com promptly and refrain from exploiting it. Failure to do so, or active exploitation of such issues, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all pending orders and account access, and legal action.
- SOCIAL MEDIA As part of the Services, you may link your account with third-party services by either providing your login credentials or authorizing us to access your third-party accounts, subject to the terms and conditions governing those services. You represent that you have the legal authority to disclose your credentials or grant such access without violating the terms of those services and without imposing fees or restrictions on us. By enabling this linkage, you authorize us to access, store, and use content from your third-party accounts, including friend lists and other shared information, as made available through your privacy settings and consistent with applicable permissions. We may also receive updates from those accounts to enhance your user experience. If access to a third-party account becomes unavailable or is terminated by the provider, the associated content may no longer be accessible through the Services. You may disable these connections at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Your relationship with each third-party provider is governed solely by your agreement with them, and we disclaim responsibility for the content, accuracy, or legality of any material retrieved from or linked to those accounts. You acknowledge that we may access your contact list or address book for the sole purpose of identifying contacts who also use the Services. If you choose to disconnect a third-party account, we will attempt to delete related data stored on our servers, excluding your username and profile image linked to your Service account.
- THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT The Services may contain links to third-party websites or display content provided by third parties, including but not limited to articles, text, images, music, videos, software, or other materials. These third-party websites and third-party content are not reviewed, monitored, or verified by us for accuracy, appropriateness, reliability, or legality, and we are not responsible for any such content or websites accessed through or linked from the Services. The presence of links to or availability of third-party content through the Services does not constitute our endorsement or approval. You are solely responsible for reviewing the terms, privacy policies, and data practices of any third-party websites or services you engage with. Any purchase made through a third-party website is a transaction solely between you and that third party, and we disclaim all responsibility for such transactions. You acknowledge that we do not endorse third-party products or services and agree to hold us harmless from any harm, losses, or damages resulting from your access to or reliance on third-party websites or content.
- SERVICES MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate at our sole discretion. This may include reporting users to law enforcement authorities, restricting or disabling access to any Contributions, files, or content we determine to be unlawful, in violation of these Terms, excessive in size, or otherwise burdensome to our systems. We may remove or disable any material without notice or liability, and we retain full discretion to manage the Services in a way that protects our rights, enforces our policies, and ensures the proper and secure operation of the platform. DELIVERY, PRIORITIZATION, AND VISIBILITY. PlaylistFeed may prioritize, delay, modify, or limit certain delivery methods, notifications (including email), or visibility of submissions based on system capacity, activity patterns, quality safeguards, plan type, or platform integrity. All submissions are delivered within the platform, though notification methods and delivery priority may vary based on system capacity, activity patterns, and platform integrity.
- PRIVACY POLICY We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://playlistfeed.com/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.
- COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Services to do the same. If you believe that any content available on or through the Services infringes upon a copyright you own or control, you must notify us promptly by submitting a formal notification (a “Notification”) to support@playlistfeed.com. A copy of your Notification may be forwarded to the user responsible for the material in question. Please be aware that under applicable law, you may be held liable for damages if you knowingly make false claims regarding copyright infringement. If you are uncertain whether material accessible through the Services infringes your copyright, you should seek legal advice before submitting a Notification. Notifications must be sent to support@playlistfeed.com and must include all of the following. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf. Upon receipt of a compliant Notification, we will remove or disable access to the material identified and will notify the user responsible. That user may submit a counter notification to the same address, and where a valid counter notification is received we may restore the material unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed an action seeking a court order. It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
- DATA RETENTION AND DELETION. We retain personal data collected through the Services only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce these Legal Terms. The specific retention period applicable to each category of data depends on the nature of the data, the purpose of collection, and applicable legal requirements. Notwithstanding the retention periods described in this Section, submissions that close without a curator Response are removed from your account thirty (30) calendar days after the submission was sent, at the point the submission closes. Upon closure, PlaylistFeed removes the closed submission record and its associated pitch history from the user facing interface, and such material is no longer accessible to you through the platform. Submissions that received a curator Response, whether an accept or a decline decision, together with any accompanying written message, are not subject to removal under this paragraph and remain available within your account for so long as your account remains active. You are solely responsible for saving, exporting, or otherwise preserving any curator feedback or submission record you wish to retain. PlaylistFeed may continue to retain aggregated or anonymized statistics derived from your submission activity, and may retain underlying records in its internal systems for the periods described in this Section for the purposes of fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax and financial reporting, and compliance with applicable law. The removal of closed submission records from your account does not constitute deletion of personal data for the purposes of any request submitted under this Section, and requests for deletion of personal data must be made as described below. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to modify the thirty (30) calendar day period at any time at its sole discretion. Account data, including registration information, transaction history, subscription status, and communication records, is retained for the duration of your active account and for a period of three (3) years following account termination or deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Payment and transaction records processed through Stripe are retained in accordance with applicable tax, financial reporting, and anti-fraud obligations, which may require retention for a period of up to seven (7) years from the date of the transaction. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical, statistical, and platform improvement purposes. Upon termination or deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within ninety (90) calendar days, except where retention is required or permitted under applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@playlistfeed.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will process the request within thirty (30) calendar days, subject to the retention exceptions described above. Please be advised that deletion of your account is permanent and irreversible and will result in the forfeiture of all pending orders, and access to order history. We are not responsible for data that has been shared with or collected by third parties, including Stripe, prior to the deletion of your account. ACCOUNT INACTIVITY. An account is considered inactive where the user has not logged in and has not sent a submission, submitted a Response, or otherwise engaged with the Services for a period of ninety (90) consecutive days. Following ninety (90) consecutive days of inactivity, PlaylistFeed may remove profile data associated with the account from its records, including profile images, display names, profile descriptions and biographical text, uploaded media, and other optional profile content supplied by the user. PlaylistFeed may, but is not obligated to, provide notice to the email address associated with the account prior to such removal. For the avoidance of doubt, a user’s profile and a playlist listing are distinct records maintained separately by PlaylistFeed. Removal of profile data under this paragraph does not affect any playlist listing displayed on the PlaylistFeed feed. Playlist listings remain displayed together with the playlist information, embed, verification status, and identifying details necessary to maintain the listing, and a listing displayed on the feed remains a verified listing within the meaning of Section 3 irrespective of the state of the associated user profile. PlaylistFeed retains the right to add, feature, deprioritize, remove, or otherwise modify the display of any playlist at any time at its sole discretion as described in Section 3. Removal of profile data under this paragraph does not by itself terminate the account, and PlaylistFeed retains the right to suspend or terminate inactive accounts as described in Section 19. This paragraph does not apply to records PlaylistFeed is required or permitted to retain under applicable law, including payment and transaction records retained for tax, financial reporting, and anti fraud purposes, nor to any accrued curator payout balance, which remains subject to the minimum payout threshold and the withdrawal conditions described in Section 6A. For further information regarding our data practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://playlistfeed.com/privacy. SUMMARY OF KEY DATA PRACTICES. In addition to the information set forth in our Privacy Policy available at https://playlistfeed.com/privacy, we wish to inform you that the Services may collect and process the following categories of personal data: your name, email address, payment information (processed and stored exclusively by Stripe), IP address, browser type, device identifiers, usage data including pages visited and features accessed, and any content you voluntarily submit through the platform including but not limited to profile information, submissions, reviews, and communications with curators. We may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity, preferences, and interactions with the Services for purposes including platform functionality, analytics, performance monitoring, and the improvement of our Services. We may share collected data with third party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, processing payments, delivering communications, and performing analytics, provided that such third parties are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and solely for the purposes for which it was disclosed. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for monetary consideration. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described herein and in our Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies on your device, and you may withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie preference controls made available within the Services. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services. For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Canada, our legal bases for processing your personal data include the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, and, where applicable, your consent. You may exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, by contacting us at support@playlistfeed.com. The person responsible for the protection of personal information at PlaylistFeed may be reached at the same address. Where personal information is communicated outside the Province of Quebec, we assess the adequacy of the protection afforded to that information as required under applicable Quebec law.
- TERM AND TERMINATION These Legal Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Services. Access to paid platform functionality, including high-volume submissions, is conditional upon the maintenance of an active Pro subscription. Free access to the curator directory and platform browsing features remains available regardless of subscription status, subject to PlaylistFeed’s discretion to modify or discontinue free access at any time. In the event that a Pro subscription is cancelled or a scheduled payment fails, the user shall retain access to paid features through the conclusion of the then current paid billing period, after which paid functionality shall be suspended until the subscription is reinstated. Accumulated payout balances and historical order records remain associated with the user’s account during any such suspension. Curator payout balances validly earned under Section 6A remain withdrawable regardless of the user’s subscription status, subject only to the minimum payout threshold and the maintenance of a verified Stripe Connect account in good standing. PlaylistFeed does not condition the withdrawal of earned curator balances on the purchase, renewal, or reinstatement of any subscription. Without limiting any other provision in these Terms, we reserve the right, without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Services, including by blocking specific IP addresses, to any individual for breach of any representation, warranty, covenant, or applicable law or regulation, or for any other reason permitted by law. We may terminate your use of the Services, suspend your account, or delete any content or information you have submitted, at any time and without prior warning, in our sole discretion. If your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, you are strictly prohibited from creating a new account under your own name, a fictitious or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you are acting on behalf of that third party. In addition to account suspension or termination, we reserve the right to pursue any appropriate legal remedies, including but not limited to civil claims, criminal prosecution, and injunctive relief.
- MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any part of the Services at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We are under no obligation to update or maintain any content or information made available through the Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price adjustment, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times and uninterrupted. Technical issues, maintenance, updates, or other factors may result in delays, errors, or temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time and for any reason without notice. You agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from your inability to access or use the Services during any period of downtime or disruption. Nothing in these Legal Terms obligates us to maintain the Services or to provide corrections, updates, or future releases.
- GOVERNING LAW These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and PlaylistFeed.com irrevocably agree that the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms or your use of the Services, subject to the arbitration provisions set forth herein.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION – INFORMAL NEGOTIATIONS To promote efficient resolution and reduce the costs of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms (each a “Dispute”), both you and PlaylistFeed.com (each a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”) agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally for a period of no less than thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings. Informal negotiations shall begin upon written notice from one Party to the other.
- BINDING ARBITRATION Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Canada in accordance with its Arbitration Rules, which are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator unless the parties agree otherwise. The seat and legal place of arbitration shall be Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the governing law shall be the substantive law of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
- RESTRICTIONS ON ARBITRATION The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be conducted solely between the Parties on an individual basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) arbitration shall not be combined with any other proceeding; (b) no Dispute shall be arbitrated as a class action or involve class action procedures; and (c) no Dispute shall be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons. CONSUMER EXCEPTION. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Legal Terms requires a consumer to submit a Dispute to arbitration, or waives a consumer’s right to bring or participate in a class action, where such a requirement or waiver is prohibited by the consumer protection laws applicable to that consumer. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, consumers resident in the Province of Quebec may bring a Dispute before the competent court in the judicial district of their own domicile or residence in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), and the arbitration and class action provisions of this Section do not apply to them. EXCEPTIONS TO INFORMAL NEGOTIATIONS AND ARBITRATION. The Parties agree that the following types of Disputes are excluded from the requirements for informal negotiations and binding arbitration: (a) Disputes seeking to enforce, protect, or determine the validity of a Party’s intellectual property rights; (b) Disputes arising from or relating to allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) claims seeking injunctive relief. If any part of this clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then such Disputes shall not be subject to arbitration and must be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction as specified in the Governing Law section. The Parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such court.

As with any online or offline purchase, you should exercise judgment and caution. PlaylistFeed is not a substitute for a comprehensive music marketing strategy. - LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, or our directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Legal Terms, our total liability to you for any claim, regardless of the form of action, shall at all times be limited to the lesser of: (a) the total amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the cause of action, or (b) $1,000 USD. Nothing in these Legal Terms excludes or limits our liability for bodily or moral injury, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intentional or gross fault, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Certain jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or specific damages. If such laws apply to you, some or all of the foregoing limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
- INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlaylistFeed.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of its respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) made by any third party due to or arising from: (1) your Contributions; (2) your use of the Services; (3) your breach of these Legal Terms; (4) your breach of any representation or warranty in these Terms; (5) your violation of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights; or (6) any harmful or unlawful conduct toward another user with whom you interacted through the Services. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim, action, or proceeding covered by this indemnity once we become aware of it.
- USER DATA We may retain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of operating, managing, and improving the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your usage. While we perform routine data backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining and safeguarding any data you transmit or generate through your use of the Services. You consent that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically—whether via email or through the Services—satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures, electronic contracts, electronic orders, and electronic records, and you consent to the electronic delivery of notices, policies, and transaction records initiated or completed by us or through the Services. You waive any rights under laws that require original signatures or non-electronic records, or that restrict electronic delivery of payments, credits, or records.

- MISCELLANEOUS These Legal Terms, along with any policies or operating rules posted by us on or in connection with the Services, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss, delay, or failure to act due to causes beyond our reasonable control. FORCE MAJEURE. Neither Party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Legal Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected Party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions or orders, sanctions, embargoes, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, distributed denial of service attacks, failures of third party service providers including Stripe and cloud hosting providers, and any other event or circumstance that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, the affected Party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the event and to resume performance of its obligations as soon as practicable. During any period in which the Services are unavailable due to a force majeure event, all order fulfillment deadlines, including the thirty (30) calendar day response window described in Section 6B, shall be tolled for the duration of the disruption. PlaylistFeed shall not be liable for any refunds, payouts, or damages arising from or related to any delay or failure in the operation of the Services caused by a force majeure event. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us by these Terms or your use of the Services. You agree that these Terms will not be construed against us by reason of authorship, and you waive any defenses based on the electronic form of these Terms or the absence of physical signatures. By signing up, you consent to receive occasional promotional emails, updates, and product news from us. - ACCESSIBILITY. PlaylistFeed is committed to making the Services accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We endeavor to design, develop, and maintain the platform in a manner that is consistent with generally recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, to the extent commercially reasonable. If you experience any difficulty accessing or navigating the Services, or if you identify any feature or content that you believe is not fully accessible, we encourage you to contact us at support@playlistfeed.com with a description of the issue and, where possible, the specific page or feature involved. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to address reported accessibility concerns and to improve the accessibility of the Services on an ongoing basis. PlaylistFeed does not guarantee that all content, features, or third party integrations available through the Services will meet all accessibility standards at all times. Certain content provided by third parties, including embedded playlists and external links, may be subject to the accessibility practices of those third parties and is outside our direct control.
- THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY AND USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT By using this website, you acknowledge and accept that PlaylistFeed.com and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of playlists, links, third-party content, or any other materials or features provided through the platform. This includes, without limitation, issues related to playlist accessibility, communications with curators, or outcomes from music submissions. Use of this platform is entirely at your own discretion and risk, and you bear full responsibility for your promotional choices. We are not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored by, or in any way associated with Spotify, Apple Music, or any other third-party streaming or content platform. Users—including artists, curators, and others—are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content they submit, including playlist descriptions, email addresses, and promotional claims. We make no representations as to the reliability or authenticity of user-generated content and disclaim any liability arising from reliance on such material. We make no guarantees regarding any specific results, such as playlist placements, exposure, audience growth, or commercial success. Success is influenced by multiple variables beyond our control, including content quality and market demand. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access and disclaim liability for technical failures, data loss, or performance issues. Any tools, suggestions, or AI-generated content are provided solely for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Users should consult licensed professionals where applicable. By using this platform, you voluntarily accept all associated risks, including those arising from curator communication, submission results, and transactions. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or value of third-party content, links, or services referenced or linked through our platform, and any engagement with such materials is done at your own risk. Platform Errors and Automated Actions. PlaylistFeed operates automated systems for order management, order processing, and communication delivery. These systems may occasionally produce errors, including but not limited to incorrect order processing, erroneous order creation, or unintended email notifications. PlaylistFeed disclaims all liability for actions taken by users or curators in reliance on communications or orders generated by system errors. PlaylistFeed reserves the right to correct any system error at any time, including by reversing orders and adjusting account balances, without prior notice and without liability to any affected party.
- COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: We do not tolerate abusive language, harassment, threats, or any content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination. All users are expected to engage respectfully—whether offering feedback or evaluating a submission, mutual respect fosters a positive creative environment. Examples of violations include using hateful or derogatory slurs, threatening other users (including artists or curators), and posting illegal, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content. Users must share only music and creative assets they own or have explicit permission to use. Misrepresentation, spamming, or disingenuous self-promotion damages trust within the community. Violations include uploading unauthorized content, flooding the platform with repetitive or unrelated material, or impersonating another person. All communication should remain relevant and constructive, focused on music, strategy, and professional development. Irrelevant or personal arguments, publicizing private conversations without consent, or persistently contacting curators after a response has been given may result in enforcement action. We reserve the right to remove posts, comments, or tracks that violate these guidelines, and may impose account restrictions or permanent bans in cases of severe or repeated violations. Where applicable, fraudulent or unlawful behavior may be referred to law enforcement. If you encounter behavior that conflicts with these guidelines or have any concerns, you may contact us at support@playlistfeed.com.
- CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING LEGAL TERMS Users who violate these Terms may face immediate suspension or termination of their account. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Abuse of the Pro subscription, such as exploiting systems to circumvent fair use protections, automating submissions, creating multiple accounts, or otherwise bypassing platform integrity systems, may result in loss of access to such benefits without refund, in order to preserve fairness and service quality. In cases of serious or unlawful misconduct, including but not limited to copyright infringement, fraud, or other illegal acts, PlaylistFeed reserves the right to pursue legal remedies. This may include seeking monetary damages, recovery of legal costs, and injunctive relief to protect the platform and its users.
- REMOVAL OF USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS PlaylistFeed reserves the right to moderate, remove, or block user-generated content—including playlist descriptions, submissions, and comments—at its sole discretion if such material is found to violate these Terms or any applicable law. Users may report content they believe to be inappropriate or infringing, and upon receipt of such complaints, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or warnings to the responsible user. PlaylistFeed disclaims any liability for losses or damages resulting from the removal, blocking, or deletion of user-generated content determined to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise deemed inappropriate.
